I would recommend this course to friends and/or colleagues because it brought me a lot of peace, clarity, and increased self-awareness. Journaling daily made me feel so free and I also felt a lot more grounded during this course. I am inspired to continue the practice of daily journaling as a form of self-care and therapy. It gives me a valuable outlet, encourages me to be more mindful, and really sit with myself. Along with other tools, journaling and meditation help me to balance my mental and emotional health more effectively. Journaling also allows me to reflect and hold myself accountable.
