LaRae Martinez
LaRae Martinez is a conscious leader, community strategist, and advocate for transformative entrepreneurship. As a Strategic Outreach & Partnerships Manager, she operates at the intersection of purpose and access—connecting underestimated entrepreneurs with the resources, relationships, and visibility they need to thrive. A proud graduate of ASU's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and current Master’s student in Professional Communication at Southern Utah University, LaRae is deepening her expertise in strategic messaging, storytelling, and ethical influence to amplify the voices and visions of underrepresented communities.
Through her work, she has honed skills in digital strategy, leadership communication, and research methods, helping business owners clarify their message, amplify their presence, and show up with confidence in digital spaces.
As a coach within The Collective, LaRae blends soul and strategy to guide women and visionary leaders through the Empowered Digisist Business experience. Her approach is intuitive, justice-centered, and deeply rooted in lived experience—helping others move from survival to systems, self-doubt to storytelling, and burnout to aligned abundance. She believes in building legacies, not just businesses - and that when we rise in community, we rise for real.
