Thrive Not Survive Biz 101 Course is for anyone who is wanting a fun and heart-centered way of growing your business. This will be a crash course on all of the basics you will need to learn and build upon in your business. Some of the topics will range from designing a business that is aligned with you, to becoming street legal! No matter if you are a newbie solopreneur or a seasoned business owner, there is something for everyone! Sydney Jackson-Clockston and Otisa Eads add their flavor to offer a refreshing way to look at the basics when it comes to building a business. They will share their own personal stories with you and relay gems of wisdom to carry with you on your journey. This will feel like a conversation with you in your home while giving you tools that you can readily apply to your business right away.

Sydney Jackson-Clockston
Citrine Unlimited LLC is a place for transformative experiences. Sydney Jackson-Clockston founded Citrine Unlimited LLC. in 2020 as a tool to help heart-centered and impact-driven individuals and businesses discover the limitless possibilities life has to offer. Whether working with Sydney as your coach or to plan the perfect retreat, she is committed to creating a transformative experience.
Sydney is a certified Master Coach and Retreat Coordinator. She has degrees from Colorado State University-Fort Collins, where she received her Masters. Sydney has over 10 years of experience in business, the tourism industry, mentoring, and coaching.
Sydney currently mentor's highschoolers after school as a Summit Guide with Colorado Young Leaders. She also sits on the board for Guided by Humanity.
Otisa Eads
Otisa Eads is an HR & Systems Strategist Consultant to help established business owners create systems that optimize their business for growth and expansion. In addition, Otisa loves creating strategies with start-ups, entrepreneurs, or business owners who want to expand their choices with new aligned and effective solutions to the problems in their business. In her HR expertise, she specializes in creating recruitment strategies, on-boarding systems, and management training. Otisa is passionate about organizational culture and DEIJ when she is working with clients and speaking at events.
Otisa holds a Bachelors of Science & Business and a Bachelors of Arts from Murray State University. She has been working in the administrative and Human Resources field for the last 6 years.
When Otisa is not working with clients, she is going to concerts and checking out new music. Music is a huge passion of hers! Also, TV and films have been another guilty pleasure of her (especially since 2020) and Otisa loves nerding out when it comes to fantasy TV shows like: Legacies, Riverdale, Shadow & Bone, and plenty more.
